결제관련 안내사항 (Payment Option)
- 무통장 입금(Online Fund Transfer) 선택시, 결제는 업무일 기준 3일 이내에 완료되어야 하며, 기간 내에 입금 완료되지 않을 경우 주문이 취소될 수 있습니다. If you choose [Online Fund Transfer] payment option, please make sure the transfer is complete in 3 business days, otherwise order can be cancelled.
- 페이팔(Paypal): 본 홈페이지에서는 Payment Gateway로 Paypal을 사용하며, 신용카드 또는 Paypal 계정을 통하여 결제하실 수 있습니다. 신용카드 또는 결제관련 정보는 본 홈페이지에서 저장하지 않습니다. Choose Paypal if you would like to pay via Paypay account or credit card. Our website does not store credit card or paypal account information.
배송관련 안내사항 (Delivery Option)
- 택배(Parcel): 상품 결제 완료 후 업무일 기준 3일(72시간) 이내에 배송이 시작되며 배송 이후 7일 ~ 10일 이내에 상품을 받으실 수 있습니다. 배송거리와 무게에 따라 기본 배송운임 이외의 배송비가 추가될 수 있습니다. Your order(s) will be dispatched within 3 business days of the payment being received via paypal or online fund transfer. Expected to deliver within 7-10 days after your item is shipped, however if goods are unavailable at the time of order the delivery might take a little longer. Depending on distance and total weights of the products, additional shipping fee can be occurred.
- 픽업(Pick-Up): 상품 픽업을 선택하신 경우 결제일 기준 익일부터 픽업 가능하며 월~금요일 9am ~ 5pm(점심시간 12pm ~ 1pm 제외)에 아래 주소지에서 픽업하실 수 있습니다. If you prefer to pick-up our products, pick-up is available from the next day of the payment received on Mon-Fri 9 am ~ 5 pm (Excluding lunch time 12 pm ~ 01 pm) at our office => Unit 23 / 2 Slough Avenue Silverwater NSW 2128
Returns/Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 7 calendar days money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at info@chunhocare.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit, therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. www.chunhocare.com.au will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
Returns
To return an item for refund:
- Email us at info@chunhocare.com.au to request for a return.
- Send us the unwashed, unused item you want to return along with a copy of your e-receipt within 30 days of delivery.
- Your debit/credit card will be credited back for price of merchandise only. Please note: Shipping fees for refund will be applied to you.
Exchanges
You can exchange unused merchandise (returned in original condition sold) for a replacement item of equal value. If a replacement item is of greater value than your original order, please contact the customer care representative to info@chunhocare.com.au for your payment info.
To exchange an item:
- Email us at info@chunhocare.com.au to request for an exchange.
- Send us the item along with a copy of your e-receipt, within 7 days of delivery. Please note: Shipping fees for return will be applied to you.
